Airline Customer Service Agent with Romanian language

Warsaw or remote work after the onboarding time


In this position you will be responsible for:
  • being first line contact and supporting customers in finding information regarding the flights schedule, route and date of the flight and the booking system,
  • supporting customers through the complaint process.
We are looking for people who:
  • are fluent in Romanian,
  • can communicate in English or Polish,
  • are ready to work between Mon - Fri (8.00 - 17.00),
  • are open-minded and communicative,
  • want to work in an international work environment.
