Job Responsibilities:
  • Actively acquiring new business clients interested in recruitment services (B2B).
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with key business partners.
  • Analyzing client needs and presenting tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiating terms of cooperation and preparing commercial offers.
  • Monitoring the market and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Coordinating recruitment projects in cooperation with internal recruitment teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
  • Proven track record in acquiring and developing business client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills (examples of success are welcome).
  • Ability to independently manage the entire sales process from first contact to contract signing.
  • A proactive attitude and strong focus on achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Fluent in English and Polish (knowledge of Russian or any other EU language is a strong asset).
  • Category B driving license and willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
