Location: Gdańsk (on-site work)

Salary: PLN 49/hour gross (PLN 7,500–8,500 gross per month)
Bonus: up to PLN 8,500
 
We are looking for new team members to join a growing project on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).
 
Your responsibilities:

  • communicate daily (by phone and email) with customers from the German market,
  • support customers with travel- and reservation-related matters,
  • make sure every customer ends the conversation with a smile,

Our requirements:

This role is for you if you:
  • speak German fluently (C1 level),
  • have a good command of English (B2),
  • are comfortable working with a computer and MS Office,
  • show empathy, professionalism, and a proactive attitude,
