Customer Service Specialist with Hungarian and English

• Providing logistical support related to customer orders;
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service (Chat/Email/Phone);
• Adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining quality standards;
• Performing daily tasks efficiently and on time;
• Achieving quality goals related to calls and customer satisfaction.

• Language: Fluent in Hungarian (B2) and English (B2);
• Great personal manners, empathy, and attention to detail;
• Motivation and eagerness for growth;
• Access to broadband internet via Ethernet cable;
• Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 40 Mb/s download and 20 Mb/s upload.

• Ability to prioritize and plan;
• Independence and the ability to work with minimal supervision;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Interpersonal skills.

• Type of contract: Employment contract;
• Working hours: Monday - Friday 9:00-17:00;
• Basic salary + quarterly bonus;
• Work environment: Remote work from anywhere in Poland.
