About the job
In order to increase the support to our farmer owners (members) dedicated team in Gdansk has been created two years ago. The main responsibilities of a trainee is to provide timely and effective front-line and operational support to our 8000+ farmer owners in 7 European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands).
- Farmer Support & Inquiry Management – Proactively handle farmers inquiries daily, providing high-quality, accurate, and timely support while fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Data & Documentation Management – Maintain master data, verify documentation based on established guidelines, and support quality assurance programs related to sustainable farming practices.
- Milk Quality & Collaboration – Monitor milk quality results and coordinate with internal teams, laboratories, and logistics partners to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Knowledge Sharing & Resources – Contribute to the development of a knowledge library by creating guides and resources to help farmers access essential information easily.
- Operational Support & Ad Hoc Tasks – Address immediate farmer needs through daily operational support, ensuring their satisfaction and trust in our services.
