Your tasks:
  • Supervision of the CAFM system Planon Universe for Service Providers used in the company and planning, conception and implementation of the service management of the group IT and alignment with ITIL
  • Further development of the existing CAFM system based on internal customer requirements and taking into account current technological developments (sensor technology, BIM) as well as (partial) management of CAFM implementation and optimization projects - nationally and internationally
  • Advising our internal customers with the aim of designing and implementing tailor-made and user-centric system solutions
  • Ongoing assurance of overall integration and overarching process security
  • If required, support in the start-up phase when starting new customer projects or setting up new objects as well as contact persons for external system providers and providers
Your profile:
  • Several years of professional experience in the administration, further development and support of CAFM systems, ideally with knowledge of Planon
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of service management and knowledge of the associated tools
  • High motivation to advance our CAFM system independently and in a team - always with the customer in focus
  • Process understanding, communication skills and teamwork
  • good written and spoken English skills, German skill would be a plus
  • willingness to go on occasional business trips within European countries
