About the role
Were looking for a highly organized and proactive NATO & Defense Pre-Sales Project Manager to orchestrate critical workstreams for strategic sales opportunities within the Public Sector. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of all pre-sales commitments, with a primary focus on NATO and broader Defense initiatives.
- Lead project management for various workstreams associated with ongoing NATO sales opportunities (approximately 60% of time).
- Collaborate closely with the Defense business sales lead to manage pre-sales projects for other Defense opportunities (approximately 30% of time).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including tasks, owners, and timelines.
- Run regular cadences to ensure deliverables for these opportunities are completed on time and to the required quality.
- Proactively follow up with individual task owners to track progress.
- Identify and effectively escalate blockers to ensure timely resolution.
- Communicate clear status updates to relevant leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain a risk register, actively tracking and mitigating potential project risks.
- Engage directly with external partners and customer stakeholders as needed to facilitate project success.
