- Acquire new customers in Romania according to the defined client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with design offices and engineers to ensure company products are specified in projects for local government units.
- Actively participate in industry tenders and bidding processes.
- Conduct negotiations with investors and developers constructing large facilities without access to sanitary sewage systems.
- Work in the field for four days per week and perform one day of work from home (Home Office).
- Achieve sales targets and demonstrate a strong, results‑driven approach.
- Maintain long‑term, stable relationships with key clients.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of the wastewater treatment and environmental technology market.
