- Obsługa klienta (telefon, e-mail, czat), identyfikacja i rozwiązywanie problemów technicznych.
- Przygotowywanie raportów dotyczących problemów technicznych.
- Zapewnienie wsparcia dla usług gwarancyjnych i postgwarancyjnych.
Wymagania
- Wykształcenie wyższe.
- Biegłość języka czeskiego i angielskiego.
- Znajomość nowych technologii i doświadczenie w obsłudze klienta.
- Umiejętność obsługi Windows i MS Office.
