Zakres obowiązków:
- kompleksowa obsługa Klienta obejmująca
- obsługę systemów rezerwacji
- szkolenia, wyjazdy na study tours,
- budowanie pozytywnych relacje z Klientami
- przygotowywanie ofert dla Klientów indywidualnych/ grupowych oraz ich finalizacja
- rozliczanie rezerwacji, obsługa posprzedażowa
Wymagania:
- doświadczenie w sprzedaży ofert turystycznych,
- odpowiedzialność
- znajomość j. angielskiego
- dobra organizacja pracy i wysoka kultura osobista,
- dyspozycyjność, łatwość w nawiązywaniu kontaktów z klientem
- umiejętność budowania trwałych relacji z klientem
- znajomość geografii
