Zadania:
- Udzielanie wsparcia klientom w zakresie zakupu samochodów elektrycznych oraz obsługi posprzedażnej (telefonicznie);
- Budowanie i utrzymywanie relacji z klientami;
- Prowadzenie bieżącej dokumentacji systemowej.
Wymagania:
- Biegła znajomość języka niemieckiego (C1) i dobra znajomość angielskiego (B2);
- Gotowość do pracy stacjonarnej w Lublinie (dzielnica Czechów);
- Umiejętność obsługi systemu Windows i pakietu MS Office;
- Komunikatywność i umiejętność budowania relacji z klientami;
- Wysoka kultura osobista i orientacja na klienta.
