For our client, a leading company in the irrigation systems industry, we are currently seeking a:
Location: Poland (The entire country)
As the successful candidate you will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills and a proactive, customer-oriented approach. You will be self-motivated and comfortable working independently in this field-based role. You will work effectively at various customer levels including dealers, contractors, consultants and government bodies, to educate, justify and successfully sell our client’s irrigation products. In this role, you will be driving the sales and marketing effort of the Landscape business to develop and gain market share in a competitive market.
- Build relationships with existing contractors: public and private sector clients to promote and sell our irrigation solutions;
- Demonstrate to these customers our landscape products and services, their application and benefits: e.g. easy troubleshooting etc.;
- Visit customers to identify their current needs and support our sales opportunities;
- Cooperate with the Distribution Manager and distributors to grow sales;
- Take part in industry events, demo days, road shows, customer fly-ins and trainings, tradeshows etc.;
- Provide basic technical support to all customers/users in local language;
- Teach clients to differentiate us from our main competitors and provide customer service, high visibility and call coverage cycle;
- Keep the information about our customer up to date in our CRM.
